Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-05-04.
clearframe is a portfolio platform for software engineers. By creating an account or publishing a project, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with GitHub. We store your GitHub login as your handle and the basic profile information GitHub returns. You’re responsible for the activity that happens on your account; keep your GitHub credentials safe.
2. Your content
Anything you publish — nodes, links, decisions, screenshots — remains yours. By marking a project public you grant clearframe a non-exclusive license to host it and serve it to visitors. We do not claim ownership.
3. Acceptable use
- No content that’s illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- No abuse of integration credentials (Vercel, GitHub tokens) you connect through clearframe.
- No scraping the platform or evading rate limits.
4. Free vs paid
clearframe is free during beta. Paid tiers may be introduced later; we’ll notify you in advance and you can downgrade or export your data at any time.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case we’ll give you a window to export.
6. No warranty
clearframe is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy of imported data, or fitness for any purpose.
7. Contact
Reach out via the GitHub repo for any concerns.
